German box project gets green light

THE GERMAN cartel office has given the go-ahead to terminal operators Eurogate and HHLA for their hinterland traffic joint venture.

The cooperation agreement, given the working title Inland Port Network, will see the two companies build new inland terminals and buy minority stakes in an existing one.
