Gladstone, Hay Point reopen after heavy weather
The port of Gladstone and Hay Point Coal Terminal in Queensland have reopened after heavy rain brought coal operations to a complete standstill.
A spokeswoman for Gladstone Ports Corporation said the port was closed just after midnight on Monday Queensland time due to strong winds and remained closed yesterday because of poor visibility at the harbour.
